CANCELLATION POLICY

This cancellation policy ("Policy") describes the prerequisites of the cancellation of products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and this Website operator ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Cancellation or rescheduling by the Operator

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course because it has not met minimum enrollment or postpone a course due to circumstances beyond our control, Users will be notified as quickly as possible. In such instances, the User may choose to reschedule to a future course date at no additional charge or cancel with a full refund.

Our responsibility is limited to the course fees and in no circumstances will be responsible for other costs incurred by the User.

Cancellation or rescheduling by the User

For planning purposes, it is important for Users to alert us as soon as possible with any cancel/reschedule requests to avoid penalties or restrictions. Please note the following policies:

 

a) If requested 15 business days before the first session of the course registered for:

  • Cancellation requests made in this timeframe are eligible for a refund of money on account for this specific registration.

  • Reschedule requests made in this timeframe will be accommodated if availability exists and will be processed at no additional charge. 

  • From the day a cancellation request is received and confirmed by us, refunds can take up to 30 days to be received.

 

b) If requested less than 15 business days before the first session of the course registered for:

  • The User will be charged 100% of the course fee and no refunds will be provided.

  • However, the User shall receive a class credit that can be used to register for that same course offering in the future on any class date(s) available within the next 12 months.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms relating to the Website and Services from time to time in our discretion and will notify you of any material changes to the Policy. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this section of the page. We may also provide notice to you in other ways in our discretion, such as through contact information you have provided. Any updated version of this Policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Policy unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Website and Services after the effective date of the revised Policy (or such other act specified at that time) will constitute your consent to those changes. 


Acceptance of this policy

You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.
